Paul M. Doman

President and CEO of the Accurate Group of Companies

As President and CEO, Paul brings extensive experience in managing high volume, scalable operations, process and product development, and deep relationships in the banking and lending community to the company. Paul sets the strategic direction of the company, manages sales, operations, compliance, and oversees information technology and the company's financial systems. Paul joined Accurate as President of the Accurate Equity Group and a member of the Board of Directors in March of 2009. He previously served as President of First American’s Equity Loan Services Division where he focused on leading a team of five hundred employees and developed creative solutions for the home equity lending niche. He began his real estate services career with First American in 1995 and gained extensive national experience working in all areas of the business including title searching, title, escrow and appraisal production, title underwriting, and as a corporate attorney.

Steve Black

President of Accurate Group of Texas, LLC

Steve Black, President of The Accurate Group of Texas, has responsibility over the Texas title and closing service center including oversight of the National Closing Operation located in Houston, Texas. Steve brings to Accurate over 20 years of experience in the title and settlement services industries. He began his career with Stewart Title gaining responsibilities over diverse areas including technology, sales, property valuations, as well as high volume title operations. He later became President of National Closing Solutions (a Placer Title company) helping them expand into national settlement services. Responsibilities there included establishing multi-state title agency licensing, building a national appraisal panel, and establishing reseller relationships for AVMs and flood determinations. Steve’s most recent service prior to Accurate was with Fiserv Lending Solutions where he was recruited to build a Texas settlement service center.

Frank Guarnera

President of Accurate Valuations, LLC

Frank has been in the mortgage banking industry for more than 15 years. Most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for First American Corporation. In 2007, Frank Guarnera coordinated and co-managed the Louisiana Road Home Project, a project designed to appraise the 125,000 plus homes destroyed in Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Prior to that Frank was the Regional Appraisal Manager for Ameriquest Mortgage. He has also owned and operated a regional appraisal firm in Ohio specializing in residential and commercial valuations, quality assurance and due diligence.

Lee Kaplan

EVP and General Manager, Accurate Title Group

Lee is responsible for the Charlotte Operations and branch expansion for Accurate Title Group. A seasoned veteran with more than 27 years of significant industry experience which has allowed him to create diverse and innovative profit-oriented results in sales, marketing, finance, planning, and management. Lee previously held senior management positions with Lender’s Service, Inc. (LSI) , Basis100, the Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA) and TRW Real Estate Loan Services.

Michael S. Cullen

CIO of the Accurate Group of companies

Mike began his career as a software engineer developing commercial software products. His interest in developing technology solutions that enable company growth led to career opportunities in the software, consulting and energy industry segments.  Since 1991 Mike has specialized in Real Estate Transaction Services while working for First American in the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for First American Equity Loan Services and First American Lenders Advantage. In March of 2009 Mike joined the Accurate Group as part of a management team that has positioned the Accurate Group as an emerging leader in the delivery of real estate transaction services.

Howard Turk

SVP, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives

Howard began his career owning and operating a high volume real estate conveyancing law firm in Canada. In 1992, he became one of the original lawyers who pioneered First American Title’s Canadian operation. Working in Business Development and Insurance Product and Design, Howard helped First American grow their business in Canada, the UK and Australia before being transferred to the US in 2006 as Senior Vice President, Head Underwriter for the Lenders Advantage Division, where his responsibilities included conception, design, implementation and management of new products and services as well as underwriting of all programs.

Howard is the author of two best selling consumer real estate advice books. He has lectured extensively on legal, real estate, investment and consumer issues and has contributed to numerous publications in Canada, the U.K. and the US.

Nina Marx

VP, Accurate Commercial Title Services

Nina brings 30 years experience in the commercial real estate, banking and title industries to Accurate. Nina began her career in the legal industry and recently served as Fifth Third Bank's Commercial Real Estate Tax Portfolio Manager and Commercial Title Manager of Vista Settlement Services, Fifth Third Bank's Title Agency. She has closed a number of significant commercial transactions including several Cincinnati, Ohio landmarks such as Fountain Square Plaza, Kenwood Town Center, Riverfront Coliseum, Forest Fair Mall, and the Four Seasons Marina. Her past and present professional affiliations include: eWomen Network, CREW of Greater Cincinnati, and Ohio Land Title Association. She has been a frequent lecturer at continuing education seminars on title and real estate matters.

Richard Jensen

VP, Title Operations

Richard has over 23 years of experience in the title insurance industry. The first twenty of those years were spent working within various divisions of First American Title focused on title search and production. In 2007, Richard left First American where he ran a profitable and successful title search business and joined the Accurate Group as the VP of Title Operations.

Leslie A. Riley

VP, National Closing Operations

Leslie brings extensive expertise in national centralized closing operations, as well as a very well-rounded background in all industry product offerings including residential, commercial, REO servicing and all other ancillary lender products.  In her 23 years of title and closing experience, 15 years were focused on national lender services including building two different national closing centers from the ground up. Leslie possesses a true customer service vision, flexibility, a belief in constant change to keep the momentum of the company moving forward, delivering proactive options to our customers and promoting a consultative approach with customers and vendors to ensure success. Before coming to The Accurate Title Group, Leslie was in senior management at First American REO Servicing, United Title National Lender Services and LandAmerica OneStop Lender Services.
