The Accurate Branchise Program is designed for individuals who understand the title and settlement process and who have established relationships with people and companies such as lenders, brokers, realtors and others that originate loans. Our Branchise program allows qualified candidates to partner with us to quickly launch and run their own business. The Branchisee provides the clients and acts as the escrow officer for their client's order and Accurate provides all the resources needed to get established. We leverage our technology and experience to make the settlement service process more efficient than ever before.
Financial and business management experience is not required since Accurate handles those functions on a centralized basis.
The Branchisee maintains control of all of their own clients and is their clients' central point of contact. The Branchise controls the quality of their work by utilizing all of the Accurate-provided tools. By managing to client and borrower expectations we partner with our Branchisee to deliver accurate, timely, innovative and cost effective services.
And, each Branchise has the full support of Accurate as a national title agency behind them with a knowledgeable and experienced that includes escrow officers, legal staff, national title underwriters and an experienced title operations department.
- The Central operating platform (with remote 24/7 access) for all product and service offerings and for all operational tracking. The system includes all order management, title and escrow functions.
- Title exam, title commitment and final title policy for each order.
- Centralized financial mamagement; Accurate maintains a comprehensive P&L which is available to the Branchisee at all times.
- Out of Branchise-area coverage for all products and services.
- The ability to use your existing industry relationships with abstractors, searchers, notaries, closers, etc. and others all within our workflow to process the orders that the Branchise generates.
