To help continue our growth, we are pleased to announce the creation of a new executive management position within the Accurate Group and the hiring of a talented and experienced title operations executive to fill the position. On May 5th, Steve Baczkowski joined Accurate Group in the new role of Senior Vice President, Title Operations Director reporting directly to Paul Doman, president and CEO. As the Title Operations Director based in Cleveland, Steve will have a wide area of responsibility including the oversight of all of our Charlotte-based residential title operations, our Cincinnati-based commercial title operations and our Cleveland-based escrow center.
Steve joins Accurate Group following fourteen years of diverse operational experience with First American Title Insurance Company’s Mortgage Services Division. As a Senior Operations Director, Steve managed a $40 million budget and led dynamic teams of over 200 employees across multiple locations throughout the country. Steve’s management responsibilities included Signature Services (FA’s notary business) in California, operational support units in Dallas, and multiple business units in Cleveland including both insured and un-insured title product lines. Steve also has extensive valuations and appraisal operational experience as he helped to run the First American Mortgage Services Appraisal business for five years. Steve began his career in the mortgage industry with Third Federal’s appraisal management unit. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.
Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated a passion for technology, customer service, product development and the home equity market specifically – so we know he will be a great addition to the Accurate Group team and a valuable asset for our clients and partners.
