The Accurate Branchise Program is designed for individuals who understand the title and settlement process and who have established local relationships with people and companies such as lenders, brokers, realtors and others that originate loans.

The Branchisee provides the clients and acts as the processing officer for their orders.  Accurate provides all the resources to get established.  We leverage our technology and experience to make the settlement service process more efficient than ever before.  Branchise candidates must be licensed, successfully pass a background and credit check, and agree to operate under a license agreement to ensure compliance with federal and state law.

Each Branchise has the support of our knowledgeable staff that includes escrow officers, national title underwriters and an experienced title operations department.
